Association of Corporate Travel Executives - ACTE ACTE is a not-for-profit association established to provide executive-level global education and peer-to-peer networking opportunities. Membership spans all of business travel, from corporate buyers to agencies to suppliers, and accords all sectors equal membership. ACTE serves more than 6,000 executives in 50 countries.

Cruise Lines International Associations - CLIA CLIA is an organization that operates pursuant to an agreement filed with the Federal Maritime Commission - under the shipping act of 1984. Unlike other travel industry organizations, we maintain regular dialogue with all the major trade associations. Through joint meetings held throughout the year between CLIA's Executive Committee and ASTA, ARTA, AAA, ACTA and NACOA leadership, we provide a forum for discussing important issues facing our growing industry.

International Travel Agent Network - IATAN IATAN's mission is to promote professionalism, administer meaningful and impartial business standards, and to provide cost-effective products, services and educational programs that benefit the travel industry. Through the use of its informational and other resources, IATAN provides a vital link between the supplier community and the U.S. travel distribution network.

International Organization of Standardization - ISO ISO is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of standards. ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized accreditation that assures customers that the company has a good Quality Management System (QMS) in place. An organization with an effective QMS will typically meet or exceed customer expectations. Avia International Travel in Houston is an accredited ISO 9001 company since 2006.

NBTA - National Business Travel AssociationNBTA is the source for critical information on the business travel industry. For more than 35 years, the association has dedicated itself to the professional development of its members and the advancement of the business travel management community through advocacy, education and training, and networking opportunities.

Texas Business Travel Associatio The Texas Business Travel Associations goal is to strive to increase awareness of corporate travel issues in Texas through networking, education and community involvement. TBTA was founded as a chapter of the National Business Travel Association in 1994 by a group of local travel professionals. The objective of TBTA is to develop a network where travel professionals can receive support and education to enhance their career responsibilities through active involvement. TBTA is committed to addressing issues that arise in the travel industry and affect corporate travel.

Certified WBENC – Women’s Business EnterpriseWomen's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), WBEA serves as the third-party certifying organization for women-owned business enterprises (WBEs). Businesses that are at least 51% owned by a woman and meet specific criteria as outlined by WBENC standards and procedures are eligible for this certification -- a designation that is not only recognized but required by most major corporations and governmental agencies as a purchasing criteria.
